The Crestline Advocate was founded in 1869, and is published weekly on Wednesday. The Crestline Advocate offers subscriptions via mail or via email. Prices for subscriptions are:

--Letters to the Editor--
In order to be considered for publication, letters to the editor must:
Be received by Monday at noon
Be personally signed with the writer's full name, address and daytime phone number (personal information may be withheld at the discretion of the editor)
Discuss issues, not personalities or individual disputes
Be no more than 350 words
During pre-election campaigns, letters concerning the election will not be published in the final issue before election day. The Advocate will not publish libelous material, personal attacks or obscenity.
--Deadline--
The deadline for submitting ads or stories to The Advocate is Monday at noon for print in that week's issue.
